Cookies

I have been told that in the hospital cookies are the equivalent of cigarettes in prison and can be used as currency to buy favors and get preferential treatment.

Katrina is right on when it comes to our prefernces, but really I can't remeber the last time I met a cookie I didn't like.

John, this is an area I can definitely help out in! I love to bake cookies and then get them OUT of my house (after sampling a few, of course)! I will divide them up for you 2 and the nurses.

Jamie & John,
I'm so glad to hear that everything is progressing smoothly with your care and that you feel comfortable with your doctors. Thanks for keeping us all updated.

It sounds like it might be time for me to dig out my sugar cookie recipe...

Thinking of you both.
Love, Ali

Glad to hear you had a great day yesterday! You guys are amazing...

Also, thanks to everyone for all the cookie guidance. Speaking of which, realize that the address I have for you is a PO Box--you can receive packages there, right? Or is there a better address to send perishables? If so, would you be willing to drop me an email with it?

Lots of love,
Jason & Lita

Jamie,
You are such a strong woman! Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and we will continue to send you lots of positive energy and love. Will you be sure to post on your blog or email when you might like some company? We don't want to interfere with your rest and healing after surgery, but would love to come to Seattle for a visit sometime soon. Of course we would leave Maxine with a sitter as we know that minimizing exposure to the germs of little ones is really important now. Much love to you both...
